This is the number one concern that everyone has. And I'm happy to say that the answer is NO!

I'm a firm believer of creating a healthier home with what you have, and the style that you love. I don't want you to get rid of stuff that you love. Or strip your home of your own personal style and decor.

I'll teach you how to look at your home with a fresh eye towards environmental toxins that might be causing you harm. You'll discover that you don't need to be worried about lots of things in your home. And I'll show you how to reduce your toxin load easily if you do have problematic items.

Are the Products You Suggest Expensive? Will I Have to Go Out of My Way to Go Shopping?

I'm on a budget just like you. In fact, I made a lot of these changes early in my life when I was unable to work because of my medical problems and literally had no money at all. I was surviving with a food budget of about $150 a month.

Some stuff costs money. I'll have to admit that. But it's always a good investment that will pay off for years to come. And you can work your way up to these items. They don't have to be bought in the beginning. (That's the way that I had to do it.)

A majority of things can be done for free or at very low cost. I'm always mindful of how much products and services cost. And I try to offer ideas for every price point. Even if you're surviving but not thriving in your finances and don't see how you can afford to create a healthy home, I promise you that the 16 chapters of information in the Ultimate Home Detox Guide will help you create a healthier life, even if you don't buy one product suggested and only use the tips and tricks.

As for shopping, I spend most of my time at Target and Amazon, if that gives you an idea of how I buy the products that are non-toxic and healthier for my home. There's plenty of products out there readily available at major retailers and the online stores that you love. You just need to know where to find them and what they are. That's why I love to give you shopping lists to make running your errands easier.

Will My Health Problems Go Away if I Do Everything in This Course?

There is no way to promise that. I absolutely cannot guarantee your health will improve.

All I can say is that all of these tips and tricks and products have made my health turn around completely. In fact, my doctors are amazed and in disbelief. I have had more than one doctor tell me, "Whatever it is that you are doing, keep doing it."

Let me share a story that stays with me to this day. It's the reason why I do what I do. My Dad has annual checkups at the clinic. During one yearly visit with lab work, he started talking to the nurse. She was taking multiple medications for a variety of health problems and just didn't feel good. Nothing was working. My Dad gave her a copy of what I did and told her my story of being able to miraculously change my health around.

One year later, he went back for his annual exam. By the Grace of God, this nurse was working that day and happened to be assigned to my Dad. After a while, she realized my Dad was the one who gave her the guide. She immediately started telling him that she read all of my ideas and put them into action. Over the course of the year, she started feeling better, lost weight and was off of most of her medications. She couldn't believe how much better she felt. She thanked him for giving her the answer to start feeling healthier.
